Grayling’s Song

Evil forces turn Grayling’s mother, a wise woman, into a tree. Grayling then crosses a medieval kingdom and its wilds in an effort to reverse the enchantment. Having been called “Feeble Wits” by her mother, she begins with little confidence but seeks help from unusual magic makers. Her companions include a weather witch, an enchantress, a cheese soothsayer, an apprentice, and Pook, a shape-shifting mouse.
