Construction People

This poetry anthology opens at an active construction site with an architect and her daughter imagining a project on blueprint paper. Workers then arrive with backhoes, dump trucks, cement mixers, and other large machines. Fourteen established poets contribute odes to the people and equipment involved in raising a skyscraper. Color illustrations accompany the poems about the work of constructing the building.
