Confessions of an Imaginary Friend: A Memoir

Jacques Papier is puzzled when teachers overlook him and other children seem to dislike him. Fleur, his sister, is his closest companion until Jacques learns that he is her imaginary friend rather than an ordinary child. He asks to be released and begins a journey to find out who he can be independently. The novel examines identity, friendship, belonging, and being noticed.
