Caleb and Kit

Twelve-year-old Caleb lives with cystic fibrosis and tries not to let the condition define him. He is smaller and frailer than many children his age and contends with an overprotective mother and a seemingly perfect older brother. Caleb’s life changes when he meets Kit, an independent girl who believes they are meant to be friends. Kit tells magical stories and beliefs, calls birds from the sky, and turns ordinary days into adventures.
