Beasts of Prey

Koffi, an indentured servant, and Ekon, who is training to become a warrior, have different reasons for joining forces. Together, they set out to hunt a deadly monster hidden in the forest. Koffi has an unexplained power that emerges when people she loves are threatened by the cruel master of the Zoo. Ekon encounters both Koffi and the monster, known as the Shetani, during a rite connected to his expected warrior role.
