Be a Friend

Dennis is a boy who communicates through mime and expresses himself in unusual ways. He enjoys pretending to be a tree, but his way of communicating leaves him isolated when other children do not include him. A change begins when someone responds to the imaginary ball he is playing with. The story follows Dennis as a shared act of imagination opens a path toward friendship and recognition.
